HP's C7971A is a Linear Tape-Open 1(LTO-1) format tape cartridge. It has a tape length of 609m which enables a native data storage capacity of 100GB that can be expanded up to 200GB when compressed. It features the use of LTO Cartridge Memory for fast access to data and enhanced manageability of data� and the back up process.
